Missing Item Transition Dialog Box

To open this dialog box:
In Polaris Administration, select Parameters, Patron Services, Missing Item Transition.

Use the Missing item transition dialog box to update items with a circulation status of Missing to a status of Withdrawn after a specified period of time.

• Select Move missing items to withdrawn.
• In the After fields, select a number and select Months or Years to specify the time period in which items will remain with a Missing status before they are automatically updated to Withdrawn.
