<h1>Missing Item Transition Dialog Box</h1>
|

<p class="NoteShade"><b>To open this dialog box:<br /></b>In Polaris Administration, select <b>Parameters</b>, <b>Patron Services</b>, <b>Missing Item Transition.</b></p>
|
|
<p>Use the Missing item transition dialog box to update items with a circulation status of Missing to a status of Withdrawn after a specified period of time.</p>
|
|
<ul>
|
|
<li>Select <b>Move missing items to withdrawn</b>.</li>
|
|
<li>In the <b>After</b> fields, select a number and select <b>Months</b> or <span style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;">Years</span> to specify the time period in which items will remain with a Missing status before they are automatically updated to Withdrawn.</li>
|
