<h1><a name="kanchor2334"></a>Item is received at the borrowing library and checked out in Polaris</h1>
|
|
<p>When the item is received at the borrowing library, an INN-Reach API message is sent to the Polaris library that automatically checks out the item to the virtual patron, updates the item's circulation status to <b>Out</b>, and updates the hold status to <b>Out to patron</b>. </p>
|
|
<p>The Hold Request workform > Notes view, Request History pane displays <b>An item linked to this request has been checked out</b> in the<span style="font-size: 11pt;"><![CDATA[ ]]></span><b style="font-size: 11pt;">Action</b> column.</p>

<p>The Item Record workform > History view displays the message <b style="font-size: 11pt;">Item was received at an INN-Reach library</b> when the item was received at the remote library and then <b>Checked out</b> when the item is checked out in Polaris. </p>
